Drill Instructor Sgt. Edgar Ramirez (left) teaches the poolees of Recruiting Substations Kalamazoo and Battle Creek that you "don't ever touch your face," while Drill Instructor Staff Sgt. Damian Rodriguez teaches the poolees how to get in formation during Family night April 16. Three drill instructors talked to the parents and poolees about the transformation their sons or daughters would go through during their 13 weeks in recruit training.
