GySgt. Joshua Shaffer, SNCOIC or RSS Kokomo, is presented with the Centurion trophy after having the title bestowed upon him. Shaffer enlisted 100 qualified young men and women, 80 percent in the upper mental groups and all them were Tier 1, High School Graduates.
