GySgt. Joshua Shaffer, SNCOIC or RSS Kokomo, is awarded the elusive title of Centurion after only 21 mos as a canvassing recruiter. Shaffer enlisted 100 qualified young men and women, 80 percent in the upper mental groups and all them were Tier 1, High School Graduates.
