Marine Corps Substation Roseville Recruiter Sgt. Van Tulmau, 29, gives a class on an anti-tank weapon, also known as the AT4, at the University of Minnesota Armory Dec. 18. More than 30 people, including a few Marines who recently completed boot camp, attended the poolee function. Service members have been training at the armory since it was built in 1896.
