Silvia Rosales, 28, from White Bear Lake, Minn., makes her way toward the end of an obstacle Jan. 20 during the 2011 Recruiting Station Twin Cities Educators' Workshop. The obstacle was one of several stations recruits must complete during the Crucible, a 54-hour training event conducted near the end of boot camp. Rosales is the Hudson High School Career Center Coordinator. Thirty-seven educators from Minnesota and North Dakota attended the workshop.
