Sgt. Jared Johnson, 26, from St. Cloud, Minn., and Capt. Timothy R. O'Neil, executive officer for Recruiting Station Twin Cities, present Stuart Blomgren from Butterfield-Odin Public School with a Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Scholarship May 16. Blomgren was one of 17 students in his graduating class. Overall, RS Twin Cities will present eight NROTC Scholarships to students in their area of operations.
