Jacob J. Schaffer, accompanied by his Belle Plaine High School economics class, accepts an NROTC Scholarship from Recruiting Station Twin Cities May 21. Schaffer, who enlisted in the Delayed Entry Program in October, will attend Kansas University later this year. He was recruited by Recruiting Substation Burnsville's Sgt. Timothy J.
