Recruiting Station Twin Cities' Sgt. Timothy J. Klimek and Executive Officer Capt. Timothy R. O'Neil present Belle Plaine High School's Jacob J. Schaffer with an NROTC Scholarship May 21. Schaffer, who initially enlisted out of the Burnsville, Minn., office in October, will attend Kansas University later this year. He was one of only seven individuals in a 100,000 square-mile radius who received an NROTC scholarship from RS Twin Cities.
