Lowell Red Arrow Head Coach Noel Dean is recognized by Marines of Recruiting Station Lansing as a 2013 Semper Fi Coach August, 29. Dean was originally presented the Semper Fi Coach award in February during the off season but the Marines and Lowell High School wanted to recognize him a second time in front of his home crowd in Lowell, Mich. Dean and the Lowell Community have raised over $800,000 since 2008 for breast cancer research through his "Pink Arrow Project".
