Sgt. Britni M. Garcia Green, a Platoon 4017, Company N, 4th Recruit Training Battaltion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island drill instructor, shouts the command "eyeballs" during Recruiting Station Kansas City's all-hands female pool function at Building 712 at 9th Marine Corps District Headquarters March 15, 2014. The command of eyeballs is used by drill instructors to instruct recruits to look at them as they are about to give instruction. Poolees from all the Recruiting Sub-Stations in the RS were on-hand for the event.
