Matthew Kitsch, MEPS liaison, Recruiting Station Lansing, with a Meritorious Mast in Lansing, Mich. March, 25. Kitsch was recognized for his performance as a new liaison, in the absence of his supervisor, during five ship weeks in the months of January and February 2014.
