COTTLEVILLE, MO – Julie and David Vinnedge are presented a plaque dedicating the Cottleville Post Office in memory of their son Lance Cpl. Phillip Vinnedge in Cottleville Sept. 23. Lance Cpl. Vinnedge was an Anti-tank Assaultman with 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment deployed to Helmand Provence, Afghanistan in 2010 when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device on October 13, 2010.
