Mark A Kennedy, presented the nations colors and sang the National Anthem at the Arch Madness Basketball Tournament March 8 at Scott Trade Center, St. Louis. The tournament was for the Missouri Valle Conference Championship. Kennedy is the senior enlisted advisor at Military Processing Station St. Louis.
