More than 5,000 people watch Recruiting Substation Bloomington's Staff Sgt. Ryan B. Simonis compete in a pull-up challenge at Williams Arena during a University of Minnesota volleyball match against Penn State on Sept. 29. Simonis and U of M wrestler Thane Antczak had 30 seconds to complete as many pull-ups as possible. Antczak, 22, from Prairie Farm, Wis., competed in the challenge even though he just finished a strength and conditioning workout with the wrestling team a few hours prior to the event.
