Joseph Ferguson, the logistics chief of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Twin Cities, leads a Leadership and Cohesion Exercise physical training event with 100 student athletes from the Concordia University football team, 8 August, 2018, at Camp Ripley in Little Falls, Minn. The exercise, led by the Minneapolis Officer Selection Team, challenged the players to push themselves past their comfort zone and taught them about the leadership ethos engrained within the Marine Corps while helping them to grow stronger as a team.
