Shuberg, a Chippewa Lake, Mich. native, served as an enlisted Marine before leaving the service to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Leadership Management through Ferris State University. While earning his degree, Shuberg participated in the Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) to earn his commission. For more information on the PLC Program visit Marines.com
