Iron Mountain native receives NROTC Marine scholarship for academic excellence

IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich. -- Caleb Plumley, a native of Iron Mountain, received a Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Marine scholarship for $180,000 at graduation from Iron Mountain High School May 25, 2018. To be considered for an NROTC Marine scholarship, high school students must submit a resume and letters of recommendation, conduct a physical fitness test, and stay competitive in academics, leadership and physical fitness, throughout the entire selection process.
